The Town of Mount Olive will have a scheduled town wide water outage Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 6:00 a.m. to tentatively 5:00 p.m. This water outage is due to a water line tie in for the Cotton Street Bridge Replacement Project. We do apologize for this inconvenience.

If you are experiencing little to no water pressure, there is a water leak. Crews are in route to assess the leak. There is currently no estimation of how long it will take the water department to complete the repair. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
